Job Description

Lèngua is now hiring a Creative Group Head, who will lead a group of creative minds consisting of art-based and copy-based people. 

  • Create and give directions for any creative content output from a group of creative team members, from the ideations, visual layouts, digital imaging, motion graphics, copywriting, creative references, and storyline if needed

  • Devise and establish creative ideas and oversee creative execution that answers the briefs from the client

  • Create creative beyond normal ideation and presentation deck for clients and internal briefs

  • Develop campaigns for the client brand, manage details about the product and required communication strategy, and create ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns

  • Remain up to date with current trends in the creative marketing field

  • Coordinating with other divisions such as the production team or account team in terms to create a creative output that suits the brief and concept

  • Work alongside the art director and content manager and report directly to the creative director

  • Gain an understanding of the target audience and business related to campaign needs

  • Invest time in broadening your industry knowledge by consuming the award-winning creative output, case studies, advertising journals, and past executions of campaigns

  • Manage a team of creatives consisting of content writers, graphic designers, art director, and content manager

  • Able to solve problems in terms of creative executions quickly through a discussion with team members or the creative director


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as senior art director or senior copywriter, preferably at an advertising, creative or digital marketing agency (Preferably from ATL or Digital Agency)

  • Advanced knowledge and prior experience implementing creative advertising visuals, headlines, content copy, and award-winning/industry benchmark ideas and executions that meet our target audiences’ tastes

  • Ability to spot trends, assess new social media data from TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, also to keep abreast with the latest marketing techniques

  • Ability to give both broad & specific communication direction for the team to come up with creative campaign ideas and gain an understanding of the market and target audience

  • Ability to spark and create creative ideas from brainstorming or discussion sessions

  • Proven experience leading a campaign and a creative team end-to-end, as well as managing the expectations of stakeholders
