Job Description
Manage social media account, schedule and execute posting and monitoring.
Interacting with followers, other accounts, representing the brand.
Following up questions or responses from audience.
Building engagement with audience through various features.
Managing giveaway process such as collecting winners data and sending prizes.
Work with creative team to ensure content is informative and appealing
Assisting social media analyst in creating monthly report of the ongoing campaign.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field is preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset
Broad knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, and technologies
Have interest in digital platforms, particularly in social media, and a willingness to learn more about this digital space
Self-starter, positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Robust and detail-oriented to handle multiple works
Background of agency or advertising is a plus.
Experience in running paid ads especially FB Ads Manager is a plus
