Sr. Account Executive

Léngua is looking for Sr. Account Executive! As a Sr. AE, you will be:

• Managing the end-to-end digital campaign Digital campaign, meaning: a new communication launch, a UGC activation, a new product launch, always-on content, etc. Here, you must have an adequate understanding of the communication strategy, from the creative concept to the project execution. You need to maintain the quality, make sure the delivery is according to plan, and, of course, build a strong sense of belonging along the way. The project is your baby, your kitten.

• Beside the digital campaign, you will also have a production project that includes a photoshoot for social media content, a reel shoot, or even a digital video shoot. You will work with the in-house team on this. At the beginning of the project, you must deliver the brief, the budget, and the expected timeline. From there, they will develop the work plan and proposal. Then, along the way, you must oversee the overall execution from the talent, wardrobe, set, photo list, and location up to the D-day shoot.

• During the project, you will actively communicate with both clients and internals. You will listen to both sides, lead the conversation, and possibly find a way out. Other than those two, you will actively oversee complementing projects, such as social media reports, KOL campaigns, administrative tasks such as quotations and invoicing, and some others.

• Of all the things you would do, of course you wouldn't work alone, tho. There's gonna be the Creative team, the Strategic team, the Community team to handle KOL, and the finance team for money-related stuff.

• Last but not least, the AM will be your place to consult, will guide you about how to do things (just so we have the standard ways), and will help you find the solution should any issue arise.
