Job Description

As our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in attracting top talent, running a successful internship program, and creating a workplace culture that employees love to talk about. Your key responsibilities include:


Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Develop innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide exceptional candidates.

  • Use data-driven approaches to enhance the recruitment experience.

Employer Branding

  • Promote our company as an employer of choice through creative campaigns.

  • Build relationships with universities, participate in career fairs, and run campus recruitment programs.

  • Create engaging content showcasing our company culture on social media and other platforms.

Internship Program

  • Design and manage an engaging internship program that aligns with company goals.

  • Partner with universities to source talented interns and coordinate internship hiring cycles.

  • Provide mentorship and support to interns, ensuring a valuable learning experience.

  • Monitor and evaluate the program’s success, making continuous improvements.

Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement.

  • Organize events and initiatives that celebrate our people and their achievements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Management, HR or related fields.

  • Has 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding, or a similar role.

  • Has experience in managing internship programs or working with university partnerships (preferred).

  • Is a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

  • Is creative and proactive in bringing fresh ideas to the table.

  • Is skilled in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.

  • Has experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or other recruitment tools (a plus!).

  • Able to work on-site (We are located in Cipete, South Jakarta).
